Delhi BJP MP Manoj Tiwari urged Maharshtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Monday for registration of an FIR within the loss of life of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Wishing Thackeray on his birthday, the previous Delhi BJP president identified that 43 days had handed since Rajput died, however no FIR was registered up to now.

“Many joyful returns of the Day @CMOMaharashtra Shri Uddhav Ji, on this present day I request with folded fingers to offer justice to Sushant who died 43 days in the past, however no FIR has been registered up to now,” Tiwari tweeted.

“I hope you’ll assist. Please do justice to tens of millions of SSR followers,” he tweeted.

The Bhojpuri singer and actor, who represents Northeast Delhi Lok Sabha seat, stated when he visited Rajput’s household in Patna final month, “his father and sister requested me to take up the difficulty and get Sushant justice. It was actually a sentimental second for me”.

Earlier, Tiwari had demanded a CBI investigation into loss of life of the actor, who was discovered hanging at his condominium in suburban Bandra on June 14.

“To my shock, even 43 days after Sushant’s loss of life, no FIR is registered in Mumbai. So the case can’t be transferred to the CBI,” Tiwari advised PTI.

Mumbai Police ought to register an FIR instantly in order that correct and neutral investigation may happen, he added.

In its ongoing investigation within the case, Mumbai Police have recorded statements of almost 40 folks.
