KOLKATA: West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee introduced on Tuesday that the lockdown within the containment zones of the state will proceed until August 31 as additionally the biweekly restrictions in place to examine the unfold of the coronavirus illness.
Addressing a press convention, Banerjee stated colleges and schools will stay closed until August 31 and a call on their reopening might be taken in September.

Complete lockdown might be imposed on August 2, 5, 8, 9, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 31, Banerjee stated.
