Earlier on Saturday, senior Congress chief P Chidambaram mentioned that the extension of the detention of former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti underneath the PSA is an abuse of regulation and an assault on the Constitutional rights assured to each citizen.
