NEW DELHI: GoAir on Friday sacked a senior pilot for posting allegedly derogatory on Prime Minister Modi on social media.
The captain had posted some tweets that had led to an uproar on social media.
The pilot was made to apologise as per airline coverage.
In an announcement, GoAir stated it has “zero tolerance coverage and it’s necessary for all GoAir workers to adjust to the corporate’s employment guidelines, laws and insurance policies, together with social media behaviour.”
“The airline doesn’t affiliate itself with private views expressed by any particular person or an worker. GoAir has terminated the providers of the captain with rapid impact,” the assertion added.
