Hong Kong chief Carrie Lam cited a worsening coronavirus outbreak within the semi-autonomous Chinese language territory in suspending the vote.
The Chinese language Embassy in Berlin expressed “sturdy indignation and agency opposition to the flawed remarks of German International Minister Heiko Maas” in a press release posted on its web site and dated Friday.
